Die Anmeldegebühren umfassen neben der Teilnahme an den gebuchten Veranstaltungen Kaffeepausen, Mittagessen und das gedruckte Programmheft.
Kongressformat & Sprachen
Der DEK 2024 (25.–27. April 2024 (Do.–Sa.) in deutscher Sprache) wird ausschließlich in Präsenz im Leipziger KUBUS stattfinden. Die Vorträge werden nicht aufgezeichnet.
Das Satellitensymposium am 28. April 2024 (So.) in englischer Sprache ist hybrid: Es findet in Präsenz im Leipziger KUBUS statt (6 Fortbildungspunkte beantragt), aber es ist auch möglich, per Livestream teilzunehmen (Livestream ohne Fortbildungspunkte).

- Es wird abgefragt, ob Sie Mitglied der DGK sind (Mitglieder: bitte Ihre 5-stellige Mitgliedsnummer bereithalten).
- Weiterhin wird abgefragt, ob sie an einem der 7 parallel stattfindenden Praxisseminare (27.4., 8:00–9:30 h, Deutsch) teilnehmen möchten, am Anwenderkurs (25.4., Deutsch) oder / und am Hauptkongress (26. & 27.4., Deutsch bis auf Ehrenlecture) sowie am englischsprachigen Satellitenseminar am 28.4.2024.

- Wenn Sie Anspruch auf eine reduzierte Gebühr haben, werden wir Folgendes abfragen:
- Mitglied der DGK: Mitgliedsnummer muss dafür eingegeben worden sein.
- Studierende: Datei des aktuellen Studierendenausweises hochladen

Hinweise zum Datenschutz
Auf unserer Veranstaltung werden wir Sie bitten, ein Namensschild zu tragen. Des Weiteren ist es möglich, dass auf den von uns organisierten Veranstaltungen fotografiert oder gefilmt wird, dass Presse anwesend ist, dass Vorträge per Skype übertragen werden, es Videokonferenzen gibt oder Livestreamings mit und ohne Aufzeichnung. Genauere Informationen erhalten Sie dazu gern auf Anfrage und vor Ort auf der Veranstaltung.
Für Vortragende: Interessenkonflikt
Die DGK als veranstaltende kardiologische Fachgesellschaft möchte dazu beitragen, dass unsere Kongresse als allein den Interessen der Wissenschaft und Forschung verpflichtete Veranstaltungen angesehen werden. Daher möchten wir Sie aufgrund eines Vorstandsbeschlusses bitten, auf einen eventuell bestehenden „Interessenkonflikt“ hinzuweisen, der vor Vortragsbeginn gezeigt werden muss.
Hierfür fertigen Sie bitte eine Folie an, in der folgende Sachverhalte angezeigt werden sollen:
- Vortragshonorare
- Honorierte Advisory Board Aktivitäten
- Teilnahme an klinischen Studien
- Forschungsunterstützung
Es soll ebenfalls aufgezeigt werden, wenn kein „Interessenkonflikt“ besteht.

In addition to participation in the booked events, the registration fees include coffee breaks, lunch and the printed programme booklet.
Congress format & languages
DEK 2024 (25 – 27 April 2024 (Thu-Sat), in German) will take place exclusively in presence at the venue Leipzig KUBUS. The lectures will not be recorded.
The satellite symposium on 28 April 2024 (Sun) in English is hybrid: It will take place in presence at the venue Leipzig KUBUS (6 CPD points, approached), but it is also possible to participate via livestream (livestream without CPD points).

- You will also be asked whether you would like to attend one of the 7 parallel practical seminars (27 April 2024 (Sat), 8:00–9:30 h, in German), the practical course (25 April 2024, in German) and / or the main congress (25 – 27 April 2024, in German, except of Honorary Lecture) as well as the satellite seminar (28 April 2024, in English).

Notes on data protection
At our event we will ask you to wear a name badge. Furthermore, it is possible that photographs or films will be taken at the events organised by us, that press will be present, that lectures will be transmitted via Skype, that there will be video conferences or livestreamings with and without recording. More detailed information is available on request and on site at the event.
For speakers: Conflict of interest
As the organising cardiology society, the DGK would like to help ensure that our congresses are regarded as events committed solely to the interests of science and research. Therefore, based on a board resolution, we would like to ask you to point out a possible "conflict of interest", which must be shown before the start of the lecture.
For this purpose, please prepare a slide in which the following facts are to be shown:
- Lecture fees
- Honorary advisory board activities
- Participation in clinical trials
- Research support
It should also be shown if there is no "conflict of interest".
